Beware of Fraudster / Conman in Velddrif, Western Cape for sale

I am looking to purchase an operation manual for an outboard motor, so I put an add on Southafricanlisted asking if anyone had one available.
Very soon I received a reply advising that I contact Mario Ling on 0842259498 - email adress: ml.engineering.sa@gmail.com
I contacted this 'gentleman' and we agreed on a price of R175 including postage. He did not want me to deposit into a bank account as he claimed that he is going through a divorce and did not want any deposits showing on his bank account. He asked that the money be transferred via 'Ewallet' to his cellphone no.
He contacted me afterwards to say that he had received payment and would send me a tracking no. - needless to say, he has disappeared with the R175 without sending the goods.
I know that I should not have trusted him but I thought that no one would go to so much trouble for R175..... When I pointed out that I was the one at risk, he assurred me that he is 'a man of God' (for what that's worth!!) and inserted several 'bless you's' in his conversation. I have since found out on the internet that he has done this to other people!
The reason I'm reporting this is to make you aware of this 'loser'.........
